The portfolio of activities of Isolux Corsán Aparcamientos includes the operation of owned car parks and those under concession or in concert with third parties. This includes off-street parking lots and on-street public metered parking (known as ORA in Spain).

The strategy of diversifying business lines has helped the Company to achieve the management of 57 car parks in 29 Spanish cities, involving more than 30,281 parking spaces, in just eleven years of operation. Since 2005, the weighted average growth has been 17.36%, representing an increase of 401% in the number of parking spaces and 386% in the number of car parks under management.
