Isolux Corsán Aparcamientos has become the fourth largest car park operator in Spain in just over five years with a growth strategy that focuses on value generation which has allowed a threefold increase in both the number of car parks and parking spaces under management.

In June 2011, Isolux Corsán Aparcamientos managed 22,779 parking spaces, representing weighted average annual growth of 26.7% since 2006, when the company was formed.

The number of car parks managed by the company also grew at a similar rate, from 15 then to 57 today, which are located in 29 Spanish cities.

The company's growth is due to the emphasis that Isolux Corsán Aparcamientos places on maintaining a highly qualified professional team as a business strategy focused on creating value rather than volume growth.
